We are currently seeking applications for an Administration Officer to undertake a range of clerical activities in the Administration and Records section.
This is a temporary, full-time position for up to a period of 12 months. Employment with Council beyond this period is not guaranteed.
About the role
We are looking for someone who is motivated self-starter with the experience to coordinate and prepare meeting agenda. This position will require the Officer ensure all required information is collected for the Ordinary Council Meeting and Council Workshop, including liaising with Council Managers and Officers and distributing via Council’s systems. The Officer will also take and prepare minutes for Council and other meetings. The Officer will also assist with the daily capture and registration of correspondence and assist staff with the search and retrieval of corporate documents.

The applicable salary is to a ceiling of Level 3 ($86,249) with the commencing salary dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
