The role:
Council is currently seeking a casual Registered Nurse who will be responsible to provide overall clinical care, supervision and direction for hostel recipients including managing care plans, clinical care assessments and audits, working directly with the Aged Care Coordinator. Gummun Place Hostel is an aged care facility with an approved bed allocation of 16 beds for those in our community who are unable to remain in their own home and require some assistance with daily living.

What we need from you:
Our successful candidate will be a hold a current nurse registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency ad will have previous experience working with people in End of Life and Palliative Care. Experience working in the Aged Care Sector would be highly valuable.
