Your Role: As the Aquatic & Health Programming Coordinator, you will:
- Lead and inspire our health and aquatic professionals, ensuring excellence in customer service and compliance.
- Oversee and enhance programs across Learn to Swim, Aquatic, Stadium, and Health & Wellness, focusing on engaging and supporting our community.
- Innovate and implement strategies to grow participation and revenue, while working closely with our Precinct Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the team.
- Program Management: Oversee and refine a diverse range of programs, ensuring exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support program success.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all programs and facilities adhere to safety and legislative standards.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership with experience in managing large teams and driving change.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on budgeting and performance management.
- Ability to create innovative programs that meet community needs and enhance engagement.
- Relevant qualifications, including a Diploma in health or business, first aid certification, and a Pool Lifeguard certificate (or willingness to obtain).
