We're seeking expressions of interest from customer-focused professionals to join our casual register for Customer Experience Officers, working across our museums, libraries and visitor information centre.

What You'll Do

 Provide exceptional front-line customer service
 Process customer enquiries and requests
 Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
 Support various Council functions and services
 Handle phone, email, and in-person interactions

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Experience in customer service or similar role
 Proficiency with computer systems
 Problem-solving and attention to detail
 Professional presentation and positive attitude
 Ability to work independently and in a team
