Parkes Shire Council is looking for an Assistant Works Supervisor to join our Operations team in Parkes, NSW. This is a fixed term role for a period of two (2) years.
In this role, you will assist the Works Supervisors in managing and overseeing the operations of Council's works crews. This will include the planning of project maintenance works programs, the monitoring of staff performance and the tracking of budgets.

The appointment will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award and Parkes Shire Council's policies and conditions of employment.
The role has been evaluated as being Grade 11 of Council's salary structure and offers a salary circa $70,139 to $80,660 (depending on skills and experience) plus super and salary packaging options to increase your take-home pay.
