Join the Business Improvement and Systems team as a Business Support Officer and play a crucial role in driving across our front-line service delivery teams including, Local Laws, Public Health & Permits and Customer Service.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide administrative assistance and support, contributing to the effective and efficient delivery of departmental operations. You will also:

  • Manage customer requests, including coordinating departmental responses to customers and Councillors.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the department ensuring appropriate communication and escalation of matters.
  • Assist in the review of departmental processes and resources to improve efficiency and service delivery outcomes.
  • Undertake a range of financial and procurement activities, including the provision of departmental uniforms.
