Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community-focused individual to take up the role of Cemeteries Administration Officer. This position is responsible for facilitating cemetery services and performing customer service and administration duties for Council-managed cemeteries.

Reporting to the General Manager Investment and Planning, the role also includes answering telephone, email and other enquiries from customers and the public, including providing information on available services, performing records searches and responding to requests, fulfilling memorial plague orders and liaising with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers.

Remuneration will be based on Band 4 Level A classification $69,426.76 (pro rata) per annum plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2024.
