Change Communications Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and delivery of standard change management documentation, such as training and support materials and training and communication schedules to ease the transition for end users.
• Assist in rolling out and delivering impactful communication plans for the Business Transformation program, ensuring clarity and engagement across all initiatives.
• Oversee the Program SharePoint site, ensuring all modules are current and easily accessible for end users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate consultations with end users and stakeholders through focus groups, townhalls, and roadshows to facilitate smooth project implementation.
• Collect, analyse, and report on training evaluations and attendance at Business Transformation training sessions to track engagement and inform future training needs.
• Organise and provide administrative support for workshops, focus groups, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and attendee engagement.
• Contribute to the development of engaging updates, such as Snapshots, SharePoint pages  and Newsletters, to keep the organisation informed of Business Transformation progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within business transformation or change management.
• Skilled in ICT applications, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and intranet platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile project management principles and practices.
• Strong documentation skills with experience drafting reports, templates, plans, and process documents.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships, negotiate outcomes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data, drawing actionable insights to inform decisions and improve processes.
