About the position:
To present the City Precinct and HMAS Sydney II Memorial to a high standard through a high level of maintenance and renewal activities.
To proactively identify and report maintenance and renewal requirements in the precinct and action accordingly.
Be the face of the City to stakeholders of the City Precinct addressing their needs regarding maintenance and renewal activities.
To lead and supervise the City Precinct team in the delivery of efficient maintenance, renewal and emergency response activities.

Position requirements:
The successful applicant would ideally have a working knowledge of cleaning procedures and products.
Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is required of all positions at the City.
Remuneration and benefits:
A salary starting from $78,497 per annum (pro rata) or $39.7255 per hour will be offered dependent on knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
