Temporary Full-Time (35 hours per week) – 2 year fixed-term contract

The role:
Council is currently seeking an Administration Trainee to join the Infrastructure Services team.  The role will assist the Infrastructure Support Officer to provide quality customer service and administration support whilst developing your skills and knowledge across a broad range of administrative functions. The position also provides the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration.

What we need from you:
The successful candidate will have a NSW Record of School Achievement (RoSA) or equivalent and will have a keen interest and aptitude to working in an administration and support role.  Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and accuracy and attention to detail is also essential, as is the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The successful candidate will need to be a confident communicator and will need to effectively maintain effective workplace relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
