Title: Community Centre Officer, Temporary - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Salary Range: $77698.62 to $90297.59 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include: 

1. Provide high level customer service consistent with Council’s Policies and Procedures.
2. Experience in booking systems with coordination of booking requests, payments and financial processes. 
3. Proven organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail whilst meeting deadlines.

About you:
The Community Centre Officer is responsible for the daily operational management of bookings for Northern Beaches Council Community Centres. As the first point of contact you will provide professional and friendly service to both internal and external customers whilst actively promoting Council community centres and enhancing the overall image of the organisation.

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Booking Officer to join our collaborative Community Centre team. You’ll bring the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-changing environment, to work productively with limited supervision and to work to deadlines.
