COORDINATOR DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT
Remuneration: Annual salary commencing at $111,424.04 plus up to 13% superannuation

Role Overview
Council is seeking a qualified and experienced Planning professional to lead a team of Development Assessment Officers. Reporting to the Manager Planning, this will be a unique opportunity for you to be responsible for coordinating the delivery of development services, including the processing and assessment of development applications.
You will also be relied on to assist as required with legal appeals involving Council's development decisions, as well as to provide high level support to the Manager Planning, and technical advice on complex planning matters to internal and external stakeholders. You will also be preparing and presenting written reports for council as required.
For this position we need a self-driven individual with exceptional leadership qualities. The person with the skill and ability to delegate and allocate work to ensure deadlines are maintained while still delivering exemplary customer service will excel in this role.
