The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Early Years Leader passionate about ensuring high quality program and practices across all of City of Ballarat Children’s Services, as we strive towards excellence as leaders in the field. The position works closely with the Manager Integrated Children’s services to support the development and delivery of high quality and compliant educational outcomes in an environment of continuous improvement. As the Coordinator you will lead the Quality and Compliance team and support the development, implementation and ongoing operations relevant to the City of Ballarat Children’s Services strategic plan, ensuring that the service is offered in accordance with the National Quality Framework, the Victorian Department of Education Kindergarten Funding Guidelines, the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, the City of Ballarat Children’s Services Practice Guide for Educators, Council policies and procedures and the objectives of both the Family & Children’s Services unit and the City of Ballarat With an outstanding reputation for innovative and responsive programs, City of Ballarat Children’s Services provide an excellent opportunity for educators to grow and make their mark in the early childhood field.
