Primary Objectives:

• Present a vision for evolving the new CX strategy to adapt to changing customer expectations.
• Share your passion for customer experience and how it aligns with the company’s mission and values.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure buy-in for CX initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in corporate planning, strategic development, or performance management, ideally within a government or similar organisation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead service quality improvements from conception to implementation.
• Exceptional ability to analyse data, conduct demand analysis, and perform root cause investigations to inform business decisions.
• A collaborative approach, skilled in bringing together cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Detail-oriented and organised, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies and the accurate capture of corporate information.
• Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
