• Part-time position (up to 38 hours per week) and casual positions available at the Ballarat Aquatic
  • Permanent Band 3 Salary from $32.06 - $34.14 per hour plus superannuation
  • Casual Salary from $40.07 - $42.68 per hour inclusive of casual loading plus superannuation

We currently have an exciting opportunity for customer focused individuals to join our Customer Experience team at Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre.  

Customer Experience Officers are our frontline staff who will deliver service quality that exceeds the expectations of our customers.  
 

Customer Experience Officers will have a thorough understanding of all programs that we run at the centre and will help to match these programs and benefits to the unique needs of each of our customers.  

The successful applicants will possess: 

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High level computer skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

In addition to the above, the successful applicants will also need to be available to work a range of shifts within centre opening hours including early mornings, daytime, evening and weekend shifts: 

  • Monday to Friday 5.30am to 9pm 
  • Saturday: 5.30am to 6pm 
  • Sunday: 7.30am to 6pm 

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Relevant experience within a customer facing and fast paced environment. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with a range of people. 
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment demonstrating a can-do attitude and a positive work ethic.   
  • An understanding of the key services and programs provided at the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre. 
  • Available to work a broad range of shifts within centre opening hours (please specify your availability to work when addressing key selection criteria).
