Your Impact

As our Customer Experience Team Leader, you’ll be the energy at the front of our centre — leading a passionate team of front-line staff and café attendants to deliver next-level service.

Your Day-to-Day Includes:

  • Leading, coaching, and supporting a customer service and café team
  • Recruiting and training future stars
  • Managing shifts and rosters with care and efficiency
  • Collaborating with the Membership Officer to grow engagement
  • Ensuring your team champions every promotion and marketing initiative
  • Keeping internal communication strong across departments
