About the Role

Join our team as a Customer Service Officer in Ali Curung, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

The Essentials

• Previous customer service and administration experience.
• Understanding of the role including relevant policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well developed computer skills, in particular MS Office.
• A current National Criminal History Check (within the last 3 months).

The Finer Details

• Full-Time position paying Level 4 Pay Point 1 Barkly Regional Council Enterprise Agreement 2023.
• Annual Salary of $61,914.46 per annum ($2,381.33 gross per fortnight).
• Remote Community Zone Allowance of $2.51 per ordinary hour.
• 11.5% Superannuation.
• Annual Leave of 6 weeks paid with 17.5% Leave Loading.
• Relocation Assistance of up to $5,000.
