Job Description

Reporting to the Albany Visitor Centre Coordinator, this role will see you responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing an outstanding customer service experience for visitors to Albany;
  • Providing an information, tour and accommodation booking service;
  • Undertaking relevant administrative duties and basic marketing associated with providing a booking and information service to visitors; and
  • Performing daily open/close procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You:         

Essential to this customer facing role are excellent communication, computer and time management skills along with a passion for the Albany region and helping people.  The ability to work weekends is also a requirement.
