Digital Communications Officer

An exciting opportunity exists to join Team Somerset in the newly created position of Digital Communications Officer. As Digital Communications Officer you will promote the Somerset Regional Council through high quality digital products and be responsible for aspects of Council’s creative design processes including imagery, video and audio production, creative advertising as well as digital, print and web-based design.

To be successful in the role, you will require:

Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, marketing or journalism or related discipline.

Demonstrated ability to recognise, produce, create and develop engaging audio and visual promotional

content.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
