Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and self-care assistance
Perform manual handling, hoisting, and transfers
Assist with medication and incontinence management
Confidently triage a hub with 6 clients, ensuring each client receives personalized care
Shifts - 2x Permanent Part Time Roles (Set Permanent Part Time roster, MUST be available for all the shifts on chosen position):
Position 1: Week 1
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 6:00pm to 8:00am (Sleepover shift from 10:00pm to 6:00am)
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am to 1:00pm
Week 2
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 6:00pm to 8:00am (Sleepover shift from 10:00pm to 6:00am)

Week 2

Required Credentials:
NDIS Workers Screening Check
Working with Children Check
First Aid and CPR certificate
Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle
Pay Rates SCHADS Award PPT schedule E 3.1 SIL
Day Shift (Base Pay Rate): $33.03
Afternoon Shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.16
Active Night Shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday): $37.98.
Saturday: $49.55
Sunday: $66.06
Public holiday: $82.58
