Are you a motivated and compassionate support worker looking to create meaningful impact in someone’s life? We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care for our client with high physical support needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing personal care and daily living support
Client transfers and safe manual handling techniques
Administering PEG feeding with confidence and care
Attending medical and allied health appointments
What We’re Looking For: A team player with excellent time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Empathy, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality care Experience working with clients with complex physical needs
Shifts Available:
7:00am – 12:00pm
12:00pm – 10:00pm
Sleepovers and Active Night shifts
Required Credentials
Current First Aid and CPR certification or a booking confirmation to complete
Valid driver’s licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
VIC Working With Children - Employee
NDIS Worker Screening Check - Employee
Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You module
CASUAL Pay Rates (SCHADS Award) Casual 3.1 Home Care Employee- includes 25% loading:
Day: $33.96/hour
Afternoon: $37.36/hour
Active night: $38.04/hour
Saturday: $47.55/hour
Sunday: $61.13/hour
Public holiday: $74.72/hour
