The role

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law, Regulations and Quality Standards at all times. 
• Assist in the implementation of an innovative and reflective and early childhood education program that is reflective of the principles, practices and outcomes to the National Early Years Learning Framework. 
• Foster meaningful and respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, community members, management, and other professionals, collaborating to tailor a curriculum that meets each child's individual strengths, needs, and interests.
• Abide by the Children’s Services Customer Service Charter. 
• Observe and document children’s learning and development using a variety of methods.

You will have

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences and environments for young children.
• Completion of the Identify and respond to Children & Young People at Risk of Harm module.
• Comprehensive understanding of child development
• Proven ability to communicate positively and establish trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development

The salary range for this opportunity starts at $64,446 (Grade C, Step 1) + 11.5% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
