2x Permanent Fulltime- 35 hours, 5 days per week

Salary: $78,076.79 to $85,552.19 + 11.5% Super + first aid and adverse working conditions allowance

Whether you are an experienced or graduate teacher, Liverpool City Council is seeking passionate and dedicated, Early Childhood Teachers to provide leadership in the design, implementation and evaluation of high-quality inquiry based educational curriculums for children attending our services.

About You:

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will have a zest for creating curriculums, rituals, rhythms, and practices which allow children to learn through enquiry and investigation. You will have a love for quality resources, loose parts, and materials, allowing you to create inspiring provocations and exceptional learning environments. 

You will have the capability to mentor and support educators in the delivery of educational curriculums, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and policies within the Early Childhood Education and Care environment. It is essential that you are a degree qualified Early Childhood Teacher with NESA accreditation and have child protection training approved and recognised by ACECQA. A first aid certificate is also essential. In addition, you will have detailed knowledge of child development and contemporary theories/approaches to early childhood education and care.
