Council is seeking a motivated person with a can-do attitude to join a dynamic leisure and aquatic service to effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the team, delivering outcomes in a timely manner that meet the centre’s objectives, service level specifications, and ensure compliance with Industry standards.

This permanent part-time role offers a great work life balance. The successful applicant will have previous experience in the administration and leadership within a leisure facility, a current Working with Children Check; First Aid; CPR; lifeguard and a qualification in Technical Pool Operations or Fitness.  A willingness to undertake training and multi skill will also be looked upon favourably.

Week 1 (21 hours)
Thursday      5:30am to 10:30am
Friday           5:30am to 12:00pm
Saturday      7:30am to 6:30pm

Week 2 (27.5 hours)
Monday      1:30pm – 8:30pm
Thursday     5:30am – 10:30am
Friday          5:30am – 12:00pm
Saturday     7:30am – 6:30pm

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $68,704 (pro-rata) gross per annum 
           + weekend penalty allowance
           + 11.5% superannuation 
           + performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary 
 + annual award increase
