We are seeking expressions of interest for highly skilled and experienced Bar Attendants and Ushers to join our Creative
Venues team as part of our casual pool.
What You Will Do:
The casual Bar Attendants and Ushers will provide exemplary customer service at all Cultural Services related events;
provide and model high-level customer service; work across a range of duties associated with Cultural Services public
interface with patrons and ensure that Cultural Services venues provide a safe environment for all staff, artists, patrons
and members of the public visiting or working in the Precinct.
From theatre productions to live concerts and community events, this is your chance to be front and centre of

The role requires the ability to work flexible hours including evening and weekend shifts, and when required
work at other Council venues.
What We Are Looking For:
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Proven experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Demonstrated experience in theatre operations, events or the hospitality industry.
• A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• A friendly, courteous, and professional demeanour.
• A proactive, “here to help” attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people.
