About the Role

We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a Front of House – Duty Supervisor to join our team on a casual basis. The position plays an essential role in maintaining excellent customer service standards and high customer satisfaction across all productions, by. supervising the effective delivery of Front of House services for all performances and events, and ensuring compliance with licencing requirements.

The Wollondilly Performing Arts Centre is the first significant project in a major Cultural Precinct for the Wollondilly community.  As a new flexible format, state of the art theatre it will be a unique venue in the region, attracting a wide range of contemporary theatre performances, as well as community events and commercial hires.

The successful applicant must demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Demonstrated competency in computer systems and ability to use Corporate Information Systems, and operating ticketing and POS systems to meet identified business needs.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, and respond to concerns or complaints in an efficient and empathic manner.
  • Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks with competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to supervise, coordinate and motivate a small team
  • Demonstrated cash handling experience and sales reconciliation
