We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of roads, drainage, culverts, and public open spaces. If you love working outdoors and have a knack for leadership, this is the perfect role for you!

In this exciting position, you'll be running a crew and contractors to construct roads and drainage assets, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You'll be the go-to person for acquiring materials and engaging suppliers and contractors. Plus, you'll get to flex your project management skills, communicate with customers, keep accurate records, and train your team to be the best they can be.

Your days will be filled with coordinating work teams, monitoring performance, developing inspection programs, and resolving any customer service issues that come your way. You'll ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget, all while keeping an eye on quality and efficiency.

About You

To excel in this role, you'll need a Certificate IV in Civil Construction or equivalent experience, along with a current HR Driver's Licence. You should have at least two years' experience in road construction and maintenance, including structures like culverts and guard rails. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a commitment to high-quality customer service are also crucial.
