What’s the role all about
Following a successful internal promotion, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and proven HR Business Partner
As a member of the People, Culture and Safety Department, the HR Business Partner is responsible for the delivery of specific Human Resources portfolios and projects across the City of Port Phillip . This role will see you and the Senior Business Partner provide high level expert advice to key stakeholders across divisions through a HR Business Partnership model. You will develop and execute integrated strategies and initiatives that deliver fit-for-purpose human resource practices.
You will be joining a newly formed team who are committed to working together, to deliver exceptional support and partnerships across all levels of the organisation and leadership team.
