The Role

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced IT professional looking for a new challenge?

You will provide technical expertise in the design, delivery and optimisation of the City’s core IT environments and manage operational readiness ensuring all IT infrastructure is available, efficient and configured with appropriate security in place.

About You

As the successful candidate you will have experience in information technology, provisioning, administering, troubleshooting and supporting Centralised Systems.

You will also have well-developed fault determination and problem-solving skills and an ability to draw on an extensive body of technical know-how. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus with the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders and technology vendors in a multifaceted team environment are essential for this role.

A Working with Children Check and satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
