About the Opportunity
Cabonne Council has a permanent, full-time opportunity for an experienced, collaborative and energetic human resource professional to join our organisation.
As the Safety, People and Culture Coordinator, you will work with the Safety People and Culture team to support the equitable and professional delivery of a broad range of human resource functions including industrial relations, recruitment, performance management and workforce planning. You will support the implementation and monitoring of programs and initiatives that strengthen Council’s reputation as an Employer of Choice.
Reporting to the Department Leader Safety, People and Culture, you will have the opportunity to make this role your own, whilst working collaboratively to build a culture that supports performance through continuous improvement and application of best-practice approaches.

Remuneration and Benefits
The appointment will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2023 and Cabonne Council’s policies and conditions of employment.
The role offers an attractive annual salary range of $81,546 to $102,258 (gross) plus 11.5 per cent superannuation.
The role offers a generous vehicle allowance.
