What you'll bring/what we are looking for

We are seeking an innovative leader with a passion for sustainable urban development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary and/or post graduate qualifications in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Proven senior level experience in strategic planning, urban design, or environmental sustainability
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, urban design, open space planning or environmental sustainability.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Expertise in delivering projects that balance environmental, social, and economic objectives.
  • A commitment to creating inclusive, future-ready urban environments.

Pre-employment requirements

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) (Previously known as a police check)
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Current Working with Children’s Check
  • Psychometric Assessment
