Leading a small team, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Pine Rivers Heritage Museum, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained space for visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
In addition, you will contribute to the broader Cultural Services department initiatives, strategies and service enhancement opportunities and will maintain a customer centric culture of high performance and accountability.
Council currently has museums located at Bribie Island, Redcliffe, and Whiteside. The Whiteside Museum is open to the public Wednesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm; Saturday and Sunday, 10am - 3pm. This position may also be asked to work at other venues and requires the successful team member to be available to work any 5 out of 7 days per week as part of the ordinary hours. We anticipate the roster will be Tuesday to Friday, working two Saturday’s and one Sunday per month.
