We are seeking an inquisitive and solutions-focused individual to support our systems and analytics operations within the Recruitment, Workforce Systems and Experience team and deliver outcomes that benefit the organisation and our wider community.
This role will embrace a full range of people system activities including data analytics, workflows, quality control and enhancements. You will provide superb customer service and in return will build strong relationships with many internal stakeholders. You will impress the business with your detail-orientated mindset and create reports with valuable insights into our workforce data.
At City of Port Phillip, you will be welcomed by a team supportive and enthusiastic individuals who love what they do. Reporting to the People Systems Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting system administration and reporting within the People, Culture and Safety Department and across the entire organisation.
