Plant Operater (Landfill)

Join Team Somerset as a Plant Operator!

As a Plant Operator in the Esk Refuse / Landfill, you will perform various duties in a safe and efficient manner, including open and close of Landfill during scheduled operating hours, weighbridge operation, handling monetary transactions, inspecting loads and informing drop off points, etc.

To be successful in the role you will have:

Previous plant experience, with holding relevant licences and certificate of competency;

Knowledge of work health and safety requirements;

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;

Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
