Contract Administration - Facilities

About the Opportunity

The Contract Administrator - Facilities is responsible for Reporting to and under the general direction of the Supervisor Contracts - Facilities, this role encompasses end to end contract administration for a variety of facilities management agreements and supply contracts.

This role encompasses a range of duties and responsibilities which may vary as directed by Council. The key ones include:

Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

Preparation of documentation for end-to-end contract process including, however not limited to procurement planning, approach to market, evaluation, negotiation and award, contract start up, contract performance and contract closure;

Assess the level of complexity, the risk profile and the value of the contract to determine on how the contract will be managed

This position can be based at any of our major customer service centers (Dalby, Chinchilla, Miles, Tara or Wandoan).

Permanent/Full Time position working 36.25 hours a week
