We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Scheduler to join our team and support the full scope of our Enterprise Resource Planning implementation (ERP). 

What You Will Do:
As the Project Scheduler, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation at Cairns Regional Council. You will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining project schedules that cover the full scope of the ERP implementation. You will work closely with technical experts, project leads, and other stakeholders to ensure the project stays on track, meets its goals, and delivers on time.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management
  • Prior experience working in a Project Scheduling role in a large-scale software implementation
  • Experience in one of the best practice methodologies (e.g. Prince 2, PMBOK)
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Project Plan and supporting project and program management tools such as Jira
  • High level proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
