The City of Karratha is looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead
our dedicated team of mechanics and ensure our fleet, plant, and equipment
stay in top condition.

Responsibilities:
• Managing and scheduling proactive servicing and repairs
• Diagnosing and responding to unscheduled maintenance
• Coordinating workshop operations and quality assurance
• Supporting new plant and equipment onboarding
• Liaising with staff, suppliers, and the Fleet & Plant Coordinator
• Ensuring workplace health and safety standards are met and exceeded
The successful candidate will possess:
• Relevant trade certificate and a minimum of 5 years experience maintaining heavy vehicles and earthmoving equipment.
• Previous supervisory experience in a workshop environment.
• A current HR licence (HC or MC desirable) and a First Aid Certificate
• A recent (within 6 months) National or Federal Police Clearance
