The Role:

The position of Road Maintenance Worker is responsible for delivery of services as directed by their Supervisor for the maintenance of the City’s Road infrastructure assets with a particular emphasis on:

  • Concreting 
  • Asphalt footpath repair 
  • DDA installation 
  • Drainage maintenance
  • Traffic management set up and monitoring

 

About You:

The successful candidate will be someone who works well in a team, demonstrates adaptabilities to changing priorities and can work well with the community to achieve positive results in delivering a service.  They will have sound knowledge of civil maintenance techniques relating to urban drainage and concreting as well as hold a current medium or heavy rigid driver’s license.
