Full TimeThe City is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Management Officer to take on a pivotal role in the development, management, and enhancement of our asset data and systems.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our asset management practices, supporting the development of asset management plans and processes that are integral to the City’s long-term growth and infrastructure planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide user support for the City’s Asset Management System
• Maintain, update, and enhance the City’s asset data
• Assist in annual asset evaluations
• Lead data collection efforts to enhance data integrity
• Support the budgeting process with asset management input
Requirements:
• A qualification in Accounting/Asset Management (or equivalent experience) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in asset management systems, GIS, and data analysis
• Well-developed communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Current WA C Class driver’s license & National Police Certificate Clearance
