The Senior Business Analyst in Technology Services plays a pivotal role, you will be an essential bridge between business objectives and technological solutions by delving into complex business challenges and formulating robust alignment across all project dimensions.

By leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen and/or government experience, you will contribute to the creation of a more productive and streamlined operational environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to gather and provide requirements for design, development, and implementation of systems and technologies that streamline operations and improve overall efficiency of our Council.

Your expertise in modelling and communication will support decision-making and provide valuable insights to drive the Council’s success through technology.

About you

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is collaborative, along with a high level of understanding and experience in business process design principles.

You will be a highly organised professional that has exceptional time management skills, able to manage conflicting priorities and meet business deadlines. Previous experience in development of project requirements and scope, feasibility, benefits realisation plans. You will also be confident in identifying and/or applying risk management processes in reducing or eliminating project exposures, failures, and weaknesses.

We need a team member who can quickly establish good working relationships, work within a positive team environment, and can confidently engage effectively with all levels of the business.
