About the Role
As Senior Customer Service Officer, you will have a lead role in supporting the Coordinator Customer Service and the Customer Service Team in the delivery of the high service standards expected by our community.

About You
Relevant experience with managing the day-to-day operations in a complex team is required. Experience also in managing challenging customers and or enquiries is essential. Experience working in a fast paced, customer-focused environment is crucial.

Horsham Rural City Council is a vibrant municipality located approximately 300 kilometres north-west of Melbourne. The majority of its 19,880 residents are located in Horsham, a hub for health care, niche retail, education and schooling, community services, arts, sports and culture.
