Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual to take up the role of Senior Technical Officer. The successful candidate will possess a sound knowledge of the following technical accountabilities; engineering, building, development, land information and asset data management to assist Engineering Services with all projects.

Reporting to Senior Coordinator Engineering Services, the Senior Technical Officer’s responsibilities include preparation and review of technical design drawings associated with civil engineering projects including roads, drainage, parks, recreation and community facilities together with the review of infrastructure designs associated with development applications. This position also has responsibility for the maintenance of data management systems associated with land information and asset management.

Remuneration will be based on Band 5A classification $71,717.66 (pro rata) per annum plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2022.
