  • Review existing solutions and lead the planning of new infrastructure based on organisational needs.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, engagement, and outcomes in managing projects related to server systems.
  • Maintain the integrity, reliability and security of the application and database infrastructure.
  • Analyse customer issues, determine root causes, and initiate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure solutions meet current and future organisational needs.
  • Advocate for a positive customer experience, ensuring robust IT services and encouraging end-user self-sufficiency.
  • Provide expert advice and technical support to other staff across the organisation.
  • Ensure thorough and up-to-date system documentation is maintained.

  • Experience with Exchange 2016 or later and Microsoft Exchange Online.
  • Exposure to storage systems (NAS, SAN, vSAN) and AWS services.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
