The role

Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where you can make a splash in the community? We are seeking TWO Swim School Managers to manage the day to day Learn to Swim operations while delivering a high-quality customer experience. We have positions available across our Birrong and Roselands Aquatic Centres.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Assist with the review and delivery of Swim School Program and provide guidance to staff at site level (including Duty Managers, Wet Deck Supervisors and Instructors, to ensure the delivery of a safe and high-quality program).
• Coordinate program administration, including procedures, records and customer information.
• Provide a high level of customer service, including dealing with conflict and complaints.
• Ensure compliance to a class consolidation and occupancy rate of no less than 85% in all classes.
• Contribute to the development of the annual Unit and Operational Plans.

You will have:

• AustSwim Certificate in 'Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety' or equivalent qualification through Swim Australia or The Royal Life Saving Society.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
• Class C drivers licence.

The salary range for this opportunity starts at $80,293 (Grade F, Step 1) + 11.5% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
