Slide Attendant – Two Positions – Casual

Leeton Shire Council currently has two positions available for a Slide Attendant on a casual basis at the Leeton Regional Aquatic Centre for the 2024/25 swimming season.

The primary purpose of the position is to supervise the activities of the Leeton Pool waterslide.

Qualifications and Experience

• To qualify for this position, the successful applicant must be 18 years of age or over and must hold a current Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
• A First Aid Certification is desirable.

Salary and Conditions

• The position is classified as a Casual Grade 2 in Council's salary system and will attract an hourly rate of $32.93 plus 11.5% superannuation.
• Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award.
• Prior to commencement, the successful applicant will be required to undergo a Functional Assessment which includes an Alcohol and Other Drugs check.
• Evidence of having received COVID-19 vaccinations is essential.
