The Opportunity

The Advisor Work Health and Safety is responsible for ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities, is accountable and is proactive about safety.  A primary focus of the role of WHS Advisor is to engage WDRC in commitment to an enhancement of safety in the workplace.

About Yourself

A person in this position will need to hold a:

1)   relevant Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, OR be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience; and

2)   current drivers' licence.

It is also highly desirable for the successful candidate to have a:

1)   minimum of three (3) years' experience as a WH&S Advisor with a multi-disciplinary organisation; and

2)   current Queensland Rehabilitation Coordinator Certificate, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and WH&S Auditor Certificate.

Salary Packaging Available

Leave Loading

You will receive 17.5% leave loading on top of your base rate of pay, while you are on Annual Leave.

Relocation Assistance
