Are you ready to streamline financial systems and make a real difference? Join us as a Systems Accountant and lead/support projects that enhance ERP system efficiency across Council.
This role is all about driving improvements in our ERP systems, especially TechnologyOne and Pathway. You’ll support projects to enhance functionality, streamline processes, and provide hands-on support for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead & Support Projects: Implement upgrades and new functionality in our financial systems.
• Be a Go-To Expert: Administer TechnologyOne, manage user access, and troubleshoot issues.
• Create & Automate: Develop reports, dashboards, and forms to make data access easy and automate processes.
• Flexible Support: Step in during peak times or to cover for colleagues, sharing your expertise.
What You’ll Bring
• Qualifications & Experience: Background in Business, Accounting, Finance, or IT, with 3 years’
experience in the TechnologyOne suite of products.
• System Skills: Proven ability in maintaining ERP systems, ideally with TechnologyOne.
• Project & IT Know-How: Experience in IT system projects or willingness to build these skills.
• Strong Communication: Clear communicator who’s confident in training, troubleshooting, and
negotiating.
• Driver’s Licence: Valid and current.
