Reporting to the Manager Engineering, you will lead the Design Team to achieve corporate objectives by implementing best practice design principles. Your role involves:
Overseeing the development of functional, sustainable, and budget-compliant designs.
Collaborating within the Infrastructure Directorate to deliver engineering solutions for the community.
Managing multiple design projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and demonstrate strong leadership skills to improve team performance.
Additionally, you will play a key role in setting infrastructure standards and policies across the Shire, contributing to the Council's long-term development and risk management strategies.
