The role:
Council is seeking a dynamic Tourism and Events Coordinator to our dedicated team. This position plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating and executing a wide range of events and tourism initiatives across our shire. The role will undertake the strategic development of our attractions and visitor information centers, as well as oversee their daily operations.

You will be passionate about creating memorable events and exceptional visitor experiences. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and experience in a similar role is essential.
We are looking for someone who can capably manage a busy and diverse workload, set and achieve multiple priorities, and deliver on Council’s strategic visions. This role requires someone with proven people and project management skills.
