What you need to be successful:

  • Tertiary qualification in WHS or related field, or extensive workplace experience.
  • A passion for creating safe work environments.
  • Strong experience in high-risk or operational environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for training and development.
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
  • National Police Check.
  • Pre-employment Medical.

Desirable

  • Certifications in Incident Lead Investigator, Drug & Alcohol Testing, Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Experience in local government and change management processes.
